I would like to ask that I have to launch linearly polarized CW laser at 45 degree relative to phase modulator. When voltage is V(pi) then polarization rotate in orthogonal direction. How that is done ? and phase modulator is at 90 degree phase deviation so i need to change the angel of CW laser to 45 degree ?
