For my project, I am using empirical LASER component. I have S21 data available with me.
Could anyone please tell me how to create .dat file using S21 data.
I have tried using the same data given in the help file. When I hit calculate button, there is a dialog box which says ” OptiSystem has stopped working” and then OptiSystem closes completely.
