I am a student and I have downloaded OptiFDTD 32bit Freeware.

Alright, now I want to simulate the reflection of a 2D hexagonal array of sub-wavelength sized columns made of Silicium. Exact size and period is not important. I just want to have a tutorial of how to do it, such that I can train myself to simulat the reflection of microstructures. This would be very very helpful, because I am struggeling quiet a bit.
Can someone please indicate me how to built this in OptiFDTD ?
