      I have downloaded OptiSystem 16 ( Free Evaluation copy)

      The following message is appeared when it is excituted

      ( Couldnot obtain License- Termainating Application)

      Please attach a screenshot of http://localhost:1947/_int_/features.html. If you are unable to access this page, please try the following:

      1. Disable your antivirus (if possible)
      2. Download the HASP drivers: HASP Drivers
      3. Navigate to the folder where the file from the previous step was saved to
      4. While holding the shift key, right-click in the white space beneath the haspdinst.exe file and click the “Open command window here” option from the menu that pops up:
        Open Command Window Here
      5. In the command prompt window, type “haspdinst.exe -kp -fr -purge” (without the quotes) to uninstall the drivers
      6. Once you receive the completed message, type “haspdinst.exe -i” (without the quotes) to install the drivers
      7. Load http://localhost:1947/_int_/features.html to verify the drivers were successfully re-installed and are running.

      Thanks for the screenshot. In you screenshot, the license is indicating that you are trying to run the evaluation in a virtual environment. We only allow the use of virtual environments with the paid versions of our software, not evaluations.

      In order to run the evaluation, you will need to install it on the host machine.

      Hi Rajveer,

      I would suggest uninstalling, then reinstalling the software. If possible, disable your antivirus temporarily during the installation, as it may be blocking the evaluation license from being applied.

      Dear Eric,

      I have tried re-installing the software after disabling the anti-virus, but the same problem persists. After installation when I try to open any .osd file, an error message appears.
