copy data into text or excel

I am using OptiFDTD v12 licensed. After my simulation, file .f2d/f3d data how can i export/copy data into excel. I am also able to open f2d/f3d file in the excel but in excel it appears as one column data although my file has 2 column’s data.
So how can i copy data one by one?
