Can anyone please help as to how to implement a backward Raman pump in optisystem?
Hello,
please check the example (RA 100nm bandwidth flatten gain AvgPower.osd) in OptiSystem Example Library at C:\Users\USER NAME\Documents\OptiSystem 21.0 Samples\Optical amplifiers\Raman amplifiers\ for guidance. It is a backward pumping. Don’t forget to load the Raman gain profile file when you calculate the project.
