I designed a simulation with each BEN speed at 2 Kbits / sec, while the layout speed was 2 Kbits / sec, the simulation worked fine, but if the speed of Layout is 2 Gbits / sec then simulation does not work, can anyone help me? thank…

I think it would work with all bit rate and this is the resulted output. try to change the visualizer range or the control signal periods.
Anyway, I have modified an example for you (attached) working at 2 Gbps you can use it as a start point to change the either the input signal or the control signal.
