I am building a system that uses ASK modulator and demodulator by using Optisystem ver 13. However, in the library of Optisystem, there is no available ASK modulator as well as its demodulator. So could I use other components in this software to build an ASK modulator and demodulator?

ASK modulator as you is said is not directly present in Optisystem.
You have to generate ASK modulated signal. It is also shown in examples of SCM ASK. You can check and use the method of generation for your own purpose.
