I work with optiFDTD. How can I calculate the modes of an arc waveguide?

Currently, it is not possible to find the modes for an arc waveguide when the Input Plane is intersecting the arc waveguide. You need to include a short straight section before the arc.
Another possibility is to use a straight waveguide section and use the ADI mode solver to find the modes of a bent waveguide using the mode solver options.
