the given figures shows some of the apodization functions we i require to write in script in the parameter window also shown.
first please tell whether i will be able to set these apodization profiles using optisystem script.

i guess so. I feel optigrating could have provided you with better and easy options. Did you try it on optigrating ? Perhaps it is easy to design a system with such requirements in optigrating rather than in optisystem.

if no, what is other ways to do so.
and i do not acces to optigrating 4 right now. the evaluation license for one month of optigrating 4 has been finished.
therefore i want to use only optisystem 14 because our instition has got license for that.
You cannot write your own function by changing the mode to Script. That value tells the grating model how to set the apodization not what to set the apodization to. You have a choice of some functions (that are described in the technical background) and the User Defined option, which lets you create a txt file and import any apodization data.
