Hi Abhishek,I have gone through your attached link,I am also working on all optical gates and latches .I think you can use optical feedback technique to realize D flip flop ,it will more easy.as this is also part of my study so i have studied some papers .I have attached the links of these papers .This may help you more to understand these flip flops
Thankyou samsung.. the design in last paper seems to be possible to design to me.. have you stared work on it? other two papers i have already gone through they use a feeback path. I think we cannot use a feedback path in optisystem. I have tried it in various designs but it doesnot work. If u have a sample which works please attach it. and let me know if u are working on third paper.
