What is the procedure to simulate active component like diode, IMPATT GUNN etc. integrated with microstrip antennas.
Hi,
OptiFDTD is more dedicated to photonic applications. You can simulate microwave components, but the scaling will be problematic (our working units are um). Furthermore, we cannot currently simulate active components like diodes.
