Please can anyone help to rectify the problem am encountering in MATLAB code to calculate BER of the 4-level Manchester modulation. I am using Optisystem 12 and whenever I run the simulation I always have NaN as the output at the command window. I will appreciate it if anyone can help rectifying this problem.
Attached are the code and the setup files.
