One thing to check is the input and output ports’ connection to the analyzer.
You may email me the project as Zip file to check it. My email is ahmad.atieh@optiwave.com. You may get negative effective noise figure in some cases that incorporate Raman amplification. I don’t expect to get it in EDFA/TDFA.
