You are plotting Amplitude
Top-Left: This is the top down view of your field amplitude with X/Y axis being spatial position and colour giving the value based on the legend
Top-Right: You have a cursor set on the top-left figure this cursor is how we do that slices. The top-right is the x slice, i.e. the amplitude values along y where the x is held at a constant value (0.9 in your case)
Bottom-Left: This is the y slice, i.e. the amplitude values along x wher ethe y is held at a constant value (0.011102 in your case)
Bottom-Right: This is the 3D height plot of the amplitude with X/Y being spatial position and the Z values being amplitude.
