Hello,
As I don’t have your project layout. I would guess that you need to make sure that the DSP is set correctly to compensate for dispersion and nonlinearity if there is fiber in the system and experience these physical effects. Also, you may adjust the parameters in the adaptive filtering in the DSP component.
