As you have suggested I tried many time the execution and finally able to run the full execution, and surprisingly it took very less time when the CUDA is enabled. but sorry to say the the laser is not working i.e. no output signal (power is -100 dBm) at the output. I checked all the property of the laser but not finding any kind of solution. I have attached herewith the design .osd file. please have a look. by disabling the option CUDA the same circuit gives good output. Thanking you for the advice.
