Hi Urvi pathak,
You can use symmetrical compensation technique instead of post or pre compensation technique for better results.
As in this design you have use post compensation technique, so i suggest you to use symmetrical compensation technique…SMF+DCF+SMF.
It gives good ber and q-factor for long haul communication and for high data rate too.
