To see how to implement coherent optical OFDM, you can refer to OptiSystem sample OFDM files (and of course, you can ask any specific questions you might find here). You can use BER analyzer to see the eye diagram, but to have the BER, you can use BER test set component, which can take training signals and pilot signals into consideration.
