Another thing I have noticed in your simulation is that you haven’t used the proper values for the optical amplifiers. you must consider the overall attenuation (or loss) of each line and then determine the optical amplifiers values. By the way, if you want to consider the nonlinear effects, lower your laser powers, say, to -5dBm to avoid signal corruption.
