Hi Marian,
Yes it is. The spatial information is held under the Mode Shape parameters. These are defined in most of the models. You can define spot size, etc.
For propagation of the light from the LED, a free space component can be used to simulate the Fresnel diffraction integral (so you can model an LED coupling to a fiber for example).
