The CUDA implementation is very simple to set up. I have attached a PDF of the procedure taken from our User Reference Guide.
Basically, it is as simple as double clicking on your Project layout and checking the Cuda GPU box.
For you second question, all NVIDIA devices that support the NVIDIA CUDA parallel computing architecture are supported with the OptiSystem GPU feature (includes the GeForce, Quadro, and Tesla products).
