Hello,
I registered for the OptiSystem 23.0 30-day evaluation.
I only received the account activation and welcome emails, but I did not receive any license file or activation instructions.
OptiSystem opens, but when I try to open or create a project, I get:
“License unavailable. Error #SH202: License not available [7]”
“Could not obtain license. Terminating application.”
In Sentinel Admin Control Center I see:
Vendor: DEMOMA – evaluation
Key Type: Reserved for New SL Key
Features: No Features found
It looks like the evaluation license has not been activated or assigned to my computer.
Please send me the correct 30-day evaluation license or activation instructions.
