      I’m Mr. He who posted on the forum on May 10th.

      After the Sentinel customer service investigated, it was found that the problem was caused by my reinstallation of OptiSystem, which led to the v2c file becoming invalid. This is my first time using a trial version of a professional software, and I did not know that reinstallation would cause such an issue.

      Could you please provide me with another v2c file?
      I sent a request email to support@optiwave.com today, but received no response.
