My name is Iver Alain Reaza Arrieta, and I am currently a student working on a telecommunications project as part of a laboratory assignment.
I attempted to download the OptiSystem trial version, but I accidentally canceled the download process several times. The system counted those attempts as completed downloads, and now it shows that I no longer have any download attempts available.
Could you please reset the download limit for my account so I can access the trial version again? I need the software to perform simulations for my academic project.
