      I recently applied for a student license but it has been more than 24 hours since I had sent the application. Since I received no communication from Optiwave, I selected the evaluation (30-day period) version. When I installed the OptiSystem software, I got the following message as an error.

      “V2C Error: HASP LM is not running”
      “Status Code: 37 0 5502 33”

      Now, whenever I open OptiSystem, I get an error message, stating no license was found. I have received no mail from Optiwave regarding any license either.
      Can you please help me with this?

      Hi Arnav,

      You request for student license was approved already. We approved it again. Please allow 48 hrs to receive an email from Optiwave. If you still did not get any email, kindly reach out to us at support@optiwave.com
