      Subject: License Error During Free Trial Activation

      Message:

      Hello Optiwave Support,

      I registered for the free trial of OptiSystem two days ago and just installed the software today. However, when I try to open a new project, I receive the following error message:

      “License Error: The license has expired. Please obtain a new license.”

      I haven’t used the software before, and I expected the free trial to be valid. Could you please help me resolve this issue and activate my free trial license?
