  I hope you are doing well.
  I have a problem with installing Optisystem evaluation 22, I get a window with this statement.
  “Unable to register the DLL/OCX:RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x3”
  Could you help me please?

  Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the error? Also, can you please try to reboot your system and see if it works?
  If not, then uninstall the OptiSystem and reinstall it. Once it is re-installed, then reboot it again.
