In principle yes you could implement the different options of OFDM using OptiSystem. Please check the attached paper describing these different methods. I would recommend to check the datasheet of each component in OptiSystem example (OFDM Coherent Detection Dual Port Single Polarization QPSK-16QAM.osd) and use the Matlab or Python component to add what ever missing algorithm in your OptiSystem project setup.
