*I did not understand the logic of how the formula for cutoff frequency (0.75*BitRate/8) is given in the Universal DSP block. Kindly let me know the explanation.

The low=pass filter cutoff frequency has to match the baud rate of the received signal. So, if you have dual polarization and 16QAM, then you divide by 8 (2 for polarization x 4 for 4bits/symbol for 16QAM).
