In this attached file..i have seen when i use EDFA, it doesn’t give good result..but when i don’t use EDFA it give very good Q-factor .What is the reason behind this.Is EDFA compulsory for every system?Please help..

Again you can’t upload OptiSystem project to the forum. You may try to zip it.
Please check your OSNR at the receiver to figure out what is the issue.
