Optiwave software can be used in different industries and applications, including Fiber Optic Communication, Sensing, Pharma/Bio, Military & Satcom, Test & Measurement, Fundamental Research, Solar Panels, Components / Devices, etc..
OptiOmega is a collection of products specialized for photonic integrated circuit simulation. It automates the design flow for
generating compact models from device level simulations. The software package includes two solvers that can be used via
Python scripting: Vector Finite Difference (VFD) Mode Solver and Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) Electromagnetic Solvers.

Is there any way to export the results of eye diagram like q-factor and BER in excel or text form?
Dear Raj Kumar,
Yes, you may save the selected results of any component using the Save to file feature in OptiSystem. Firs, you right click on the component, then select the desired results. After that, you select Export results to file. You may choose the path to the file or the default file will save in the Example Library under the ResultsData folder. This feature was update in 17.1 version.
By the way, you may save selected component parameters as well.
Regards,
Ahmad
