Hello Nico,
the sensitivity of the receiver (pin) diode can be changed by the responsivity parameter (A/W). You can access it by double clicking on the component, then change the parameter. There are few other parameters that can be changed. you may access the component datasheet by using the Help? button in the component properties popup window.
