Hello Abdikarim,
Typically, dispersion compensation is done for specific fiber length and transmission conditions. As you see in your table, the performance of each FBG design vary with the length. The optimal FBG design is chosen for highest Q factor. So, as you see you will not have single FBG for all lengths.
