I tried implementing the circuit given at this link:
However only one iteration is running and during running , the transmission component values seem incorrect.

You may try the example (Gain Flattening Filter Optimization.osd) located at
C:\Users\xxxxxxx\Documents\OptiSystem 15.2 Samples\Optical amplifiers\Gain flattening filter optimization. There is also a pdf at the same location that describes the whole optimizations process.
