Hello Farid,
If you select Raman gain efficiency (RGE) for “Raman gain type” in the component, then RGE = gr/Aeff, where gr is the Raman gain and Aeff is the fiber effective area. Please refer to the data sheet of the optical fiber component for more details.
The unit you described is used for the nonlinear coefficient (Gamma).
