I want to simulate the attached article in the optisystem software. The optigrating section is simulated, but the output in the optic spectument analyzer is not accurate in the optisystem software and is different from the diagram inside the paper. The simulated file in the optisystem as well as the article itself is attached. If possible, help me simulate it. Thank you for your attention.
