Optiwave software can be used in different industries and applications, including Fiber Optic Communication, Sensing, Pharma/Bio, Military & Satcom, Test & Measurement, Fundamental Research, Solar Panels, Components / Devices, etc..
OptiOmega is a collection of products specialized for photonic integrated circuit simulation. It automates the design flow for
generating compact models from device level simulations. The software package includes two solvers that can be used via
Python scripting: Vector Finite Difference (VFD) Mode Solver and Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) Electromagnetic Solvers.

Dear All,i am working to design 60GHz mm-wave carrier with the following targeted specifications:data rate=6-7Gb/s, input electrical signal=30 GHz and Fiber length=40 km etc.Everything is fine,as i got the better RF spectrum spike at 60GHz (near -10dBm with 40 km fiber length). But i am unable to find any BER value with 40 Km length.Although i have calculated some worse BER value e.g.10-2 for 30-37km fiber length(i think it might be more better).Might be i need to set global parameter and synchronize it with experimental value (like sequence length and samples/bit ) and i am not good in parameters setting. Please see the snap shot block diagram of my work and suggest me better modifications.Thank you!
Regards,
Muhammad Saqlain
