  can anyone give the circuit diagram of optical RAM which I can implement using optisystem 7, please help I am working since 5 month but unable to draw a circuit. now, I am in choke what should I do. i am implementing this circuit but at place of signal generator i am working with cw laser, i am attaching my opram write operation and opram cell.

  i uploaded the paper in pdf ,please it is ipmplemented in optisystem7 ,no hardware part required for my thesis ,i am unable to find output whereas i implement it but output is not responding,which i prevesouly attached,,please help.
