Optiwave software can be used in different industries and applications, including Fiber Optic Communication, Sensing, Pharma/Bio, Military & Satcom, Test & Measurement, Fundamental Research, Solar Panels, Components / Devices, etc..
OptiOmega is a collection of products specialized for photonic integrated circuit simulation. It automates the design flow for
generating compact models from device level simulations. The software package includes two solvers that can be used via
Python scripting: Vector Finite Difference (VFD) Mode Solver and Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) Electromagnetic Solvers.

hello
I have stimulated some system designing in Optisystem 14.1. then I updated Optisystem 14.1 to 14.2. but I calculated simulation file results are different in each version. why?
Batdalai,
Here are a list of changes for 14.2: https://optiwave.com/resources/latest-news/optisystem-14-2/
Regarding the results: Please send your OptiSystem file to support@optiwave.com with a description of which results are differing from 14.1 to 14.2. We will have somebody from our team take a look for you.
Cheers,
Bryan
