You should definitely use the BER Test Set for mPSK and mQAM. Please read the help for the component for details on how to set up the test set.
For the MIMO simulation I recommend using our MATLAB component as you can easily setup the number of input and outputs. Also inside the component (MATLAB m-file) you can setup individual channel gains and so on. Cheers.
