In this term, almost I finish one part, i made system send data and modulation by Mach-Zehnder Modulator, then send on optical fiber. I designed perfect receiver receive message and read it.
my problem about BER test which always equal zero, and that is perfect and doesn’t make sense.
can any one tell me why BER always equal zero? I want to make my system is real, BER test in life is impossible !

i think you can change the parameter values of optical fiber and can add attenuation or you can use fso channel and can vary the parameters such as attenuation to analyze its effect on system performance and can add awgn noise with the help of given example file is attached
