Dear OPTIBPM support,
This is Sardar Bahadori a Ph.D. student at Gunma university in Japan. We have a problem to install Opti BPM on our system.I installed it on my laptop before but I can’t installed it on my PC here. The version that we bought is 6.0.0.305 (2004/02/02). The error that shows up in our PC is ” Error#102: protection key not found Sentinel Driver Error: please reinstall Sentinel drivers(12)”.
