I think we couldnot design optical wave guide in optisystem.
But we design waveguide in optiBPM.
OptiBPM is a comprehensive CAD environment used for the design of complex optical waveguides.

i second Mr rajguru M Mohan. You need to get access to the OptiBPM tool for designing an optical wavelength for your application. OptiBPM is a comprehensive CAD environment used for the design of complex optical waveguides. I hope this reply will be of some benefit.Thanks
