I am trying to implement WDM system with RZ-DQPSK modulation and 40Gbps data rate but i am not getting output at receiver properly.Constellation diagram shows scatterd phases can any one please guide me.

Could you please upload the osd file..it will be more convenient to sort out that way…what transmitter power are you using for 40 Gbps??
and also what symbol rate have you taken..?

Thanks for replying.I have already implemented DPSK with 4 channel it works perfectly but DQPSK with 4 channel is not working here i am attaching the firl for reference.Please see it.
I am doing analysis for power level from -15 dbm to +15 dbm.
