please i need to know how can i get the all parameters related to optical PMMA polymer fiber to use it in optifiber
You will need to contact the manufacturer or check out their spec sheets on their website. There is also the possibility that someone tested the fibers in a publication somewhere.

According to your question, I agree with Damian. If you are using some standard polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) fibers, all their main properties can be found at their specifications, which are usually listed by manufacturer (please, see links below). If you are using your own fiber design, you can always compare these parameters and calculate the parameters of the propagation regime based on it.
