I AM WORKING ON PROJECT BASED ON XPM OF SOA .I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY WE USE POLARIZATION CONTROLLER IN SOME CIRCUITS.IF POLARIZATION IS NOT CONTROLLED CAN IT CHANGE THE PHASE OF SIGNAL??
