  how to convert bit error rate from exponential term to ten to the power negative. example if I want to convert bit error rate 1.6695e-054 to ten to the power. please reply as soon. thank you !

  try to copy the min. BER and paste it in MATLAB and plot it
  y=[data of min. BER];
  x=size of x-axis as you want;
  semilogy(x,y)
