I reviewed the optical specifications for the device, and you can use the CW Laser Measured component in OptiSystem to characterize the primary optical parameters of power, linewidth, side mode suppression and RIN. OSNR can be simulated by using a White Light Source after the CW Laser, using a Power Combiner.
