1Open the layout we just designed or open the layout named “X64_Sample59_SilverParticle_User_Uniform_Mesh.FDT” in the simple folder.
2Open the Nonuniform Mesh Parameters dialog box.
3Click X-Direction tab, and select Load From a File.
4Click Browse to locate the x-direction mesh file named “Sample59_x_direction_ mesh.txt” in the 64 bit sample folder. You can also open this file by any text editor to check the grid coordinator value.
5Click Y-Direction tab, and select Load From a File, Click Browse to locate the y-direction mesh file named “Sample59_y_direction_ mesh.txt” in the 64 bit sample folder.
6Click OK button in nonuniform dialog box and 3D simulation parameters dialog box to make the settings function.
7Open the simulation dialog box again, the minimum memory requirement is listed as 38.34M bytes.
8Run the 64bit simulation.
9After the simulation the power transmission spectrum can be obtained. (refer to Figure 4)
